Jess was born and raised in the Coachella Valley, and for the past 23 years, he has been involved in the construction industry. Currently he is employed with Superior Ready-Mix Concrete L.P. in the sales division. He was also employed with HCS-Cutler in their Desert sales division and prior to that, at Massey Sand & Rock/Tarmac in which he started as an inventory clerk, operations manager and then in sales. Jess has employment history with Marcoin Business Services as their AP and payroll manager for seven hotels and restaurants. With this type of background, Jess is a great asset to the DCA Board of Directors.
