Jim moved to the desert full-time in 1980. He started working for Lewis Homes of California in the customer service department and went on to become the Regional Purchasing Agent. Jim holds a degree in Construction Technology & Management. He taught for 5 years in the Building Horizons Program and holds a Temporary Teaching credential in Construction Technology. Jim and his wife Cheri reside in Palm Desert with their daughters. Together they owned and operated Molnar Construction & Remodeling Co. for 18 years. Jim currently works for Sunrise Co. as Director of Warranty Services at Toscana C.C.
