Marc and his wife Suzanne and their family live in Rancho Mirage. Marc has been a construction attorney for 32 years and has had his own practice in the Coachella Valley for 30 years. Marc graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Phi Beta Kappa and from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He has been a judge pro-tem in the local courts and periodically writes articles on construction law for the Public Record. Marc was elected to DCA Board of Directors in 1995.
